双氰胺与碳铵混合肥料中双氰胺的定量分析,由于碳铵中氮元素的存在,无法沿用国内普遍采用的定氮法测定混合肥料中双氰胺含量.据国外报道,双氰胺的定量可用容量法,重量法,极谱法,电位滴定法,比色法,红外分光光度法和紫外分光光度法等,结合样品实际情况及本所条件,仅对碳铵中双氰胺(0.5%~2.0%)的紫外吸收光谱定量分析作一些探讨.经过近半年的工作,证明用紫外分光光度法,在216nm处进行碳铵中双氰胺的定量测定,操作简便迅速,易于排除干扰,准确度及精度均达到工业分析要求.
