统计财务信息是领导研究问题、制定政策和计划的重要依据,也是运行管理、监测各项活动的重要依据和手段。做好县医院统计财务综合工作,更好地服务于市场经济条件下的县医院改革与发展,增强县医院的竞争力。要充分发挥统计在县医院管理中的职能和作用,采取健全的统计财务信息管理制度,是实现医院统计财务信息现代化,重视统计财务信息工作,切实加大统计信息在县医院管理和参谋的作用。
Statistics Financial information is an important basis for leading research issues and formulating policies and plans. It is also an important basis and means for operation and management and monitoring of various activities. We will do a good job in statistical and financial work in county hospitals, better serve the reform and development of county hospitals under market economy conditions, and enhance the competitiveness of county hospitals. We should give full play to the functions and roles of statistics in the management of county hospitals and adopt a sound management system for statistical financial information so as to realize the modernization of statistical financial information in hospitals and pay more attention to the work of statistical financial information so as to effectively increase the role of statistical information in the management and staffing of county hospitals .
