3个双低油菜细胞质雄性不育系和5个双低恢复系为材料,按不完全双列杂交方式配制杂交组合,采用ADM模型估计数量性状的基因效应和遗传力。结果表明:芥酸含量、株高、角果长度等性状以基因加性效应为主,狭义遗传力较高,早代选择效果较好。主花序角果数、硫甙含量、二次分枝角果数等性状以显性效应为主,狭义遗传力低,不宜早代选择。单株产量、千粒重等性状由加性、显性和母体效应共同决定,遗传力中等,也不宜在早代而应在中世代以后选择。
Three canola cytoplasmic male sterile lines and five double low restorer lines were used as materials. The hybrid combinations were prepared by incomplete double crosses, and the ADM effects were estimated by the ADM model. The results showed that: erucic acid content, plant height, fruit length and other traits with gene additive effect, narrow heritability higher, the early selection better. The main inflorescence pectin number, glucosinolate content, the number of secondary branching pod and other traits dominated by dominant effect, narrow heritability low, should not choose early. Per plant yield, grain weight and other traits by additivity, dominance and maternal effects jointly determine the heritability moderate, it is not appropriate in the early generation should be selected after the middle and later generations.
