本研究表明,甘蓝型油菜陕2A细胞质雄性不育的主效恢复基因存在于白菜型、甘蓝型和芥菜型油菜中;育性半恢复基因存在于白菜型和甘蓝型油菜中。在所研究的5个甘蓝型油菜恢复系中,其主效恢复基因为一对,且等位;育性半恢复基因可能是一类微效多基因,遗传行为复杂。陕2A不育胞质对杂种一代无不良影响,是一个优良的育种材料。
The results showed that the major restorer genes of CMS-2A in Brassica napus existed in Brassica campestris, Brassica campestris and Brassica juncea. Fertility and semi-restorer genes existed in Brassica campestris and Brassica napus. Among the five rapeseed restorer lines studied, the major restorer genes were one pair and all of them were allelic. Fertility semi-recovery genes may be a kind of microsatellite with a complex genetic behavior. Shaanxi 2A sterile cytoplasm has no adverse effect on the hybrid generation, is an excellent breeding material.
