对新疆伊犁巩留县伊贝母根腐病进行调查和采样,根据根腐症状,病原形态对贝母根腐病进行鉴定并对该菌在不同营养和不同温度培养条件下的生长情况及致死温度进行了研究。结果表明,贝母根腐病是由茄腐镰刀菌蓝色变种引起的,茄腐镰刀菌蓝色变种在PDA培养基上生长最好,在土壤浸液培养基与水琼脂培养基上生长最慢。在10~30℃之间均能生长,最适生长温度为20~25℃,高于30℃或低于10℃时该菌停止生长。在p H值4~10之间均能生长,在p H值6~8之间生长速度好,当p H值小于2或大于12时该病菌不能生长。致死温度为55℃。
According to root rot symptom and pathogen morphology, the root rot disease of Fritillaria cirrhosa was identified and the growth and lethality of the strain under different nutrition and different temperature culture conditions were investigated and sampled in Gongliu County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Temperature was studied. The results showed that the Fusarium root rot was caused by the Fusarium solani blue variant. The Fusarium solani blue variant grew best on the PDA medium and grew best on the soil immersion medium and the water agar medium SLOW. In 10 ~ 30 ℃ can grow between the optimum growth temperature is 20 ~ 25 ℃, above 30 ℃ or below 10 ℃ when the bacteria stop growing. The p H value of 4 to 10 can grow between the p H value of 6 to 8 good growth rate, when the p H value is less than 2 or greater than 12 when the bacteria can not grow. Lethal temperature is 55 ℃.
