由于椭圆齿轮具有椭圆形节曲线,在精加工时必须使用数控插齿机等专用设备。在加工这类工件时,若无专用设备,可根据椭圆齿轮的啮合状况和传动特点,经过分析,用近似椭圆齿轮来代替。我厂采用专用铣齿夹具,在普通X63卧铣上用模数片铣刀按一般的分度铣齿方法,顺利地解决了椭圆齿轮的加工问题。
As oval gear with oval section curve, in the finishing process must be used CNC gear shaper and other special equipment.
