目的针对脑卒中患者住院诊疗特点,强化脑血管病患者的院内健康教育,帮助患者建立康复疾病的良好心态和科学方法。方法采取连续选取病例的方法,将入选的500例脑卒中患者分为两组,即A组和B组,A组以住院时间安排健康教育内容,B组按常规健康教育计划实施。分别对1个月后两组患者的相关情况及信息进行统计、对照分析。结果 A组患者生活结构、就医心态、疾病康复等综合就医环境明显优于B组。结论脑卒中患者个体化健康教育措施是就医过程的重要环节。
Objective To address the characteristics of inpatient treatment of stroke patients, strengthen the hospital health education of patients with cerebrovascular disease, and help patients to establish a good attitude and scientific method of rehabilitation disease. Methods A total of 500 selected stroke patients were divided into two groups (group A and group B). The patients in group A were scheduled for hospitalization for health education, while those in group B were enrolled in routine health education. Respectively, 1 month after the two groups of patients with relevant information and statistics, control analysis. Results A group of patients living structure, medical treatment attitude, rehabilitation and other comprehensive medical environment was significantly better than the B group. Conclusion Individualized health education in stroke patients is an important part of medical treatment.
