本文以丙烯酸酯类单体为主要原料,采用种子半连续乳液聚合工艺,制备了一款性能良好用于双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜的水性丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶。主要研究了链转移剂硫醇和极性单体丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)用量及链转移试剂和极性单体(AA、HPA)的不同加入方式对压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明:当硫醇用量为0.5%,AA用量(占总单体量,下同)为5.6%,HPA为5.1%,HEA为4.2%,其中硫醇部分分批加入,AA和HPA以方式3加入时,可显著提高压敏胶的粘结性能。
In this paper, a kind of water-based acrylate emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive with good properties for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film was prepared by using semi-continuous seed polymerization of acrylic acid as the main raw material. Mainly studied the different addition of chain transfer agent thiol and polar monomer acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) and chain transfer agent and polar monomer (AA, HPA) The impact of mode on the performance of pressure-sensitive adhesive. The results showed that when the amount of mercaptan was 0.5%, the dosage of AA was 5.6%, the dosage of AA was 5.1%, the dosage of AA was 5.1% and the dosage of HEA was 4.2% 3, can significantly improve the pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding performance.
