针对变频恒压供水系统的现阶段技术不足,提出了一种基于模糊PID控制原理的控制器设计,该设计通过GPRS通讯实现了PLC+PC机的控制,其中PC机完成模糊PID的模糊化运算和模糊参数表的建立,GPRS模块负责参数的传递和输出信号的反馈,通过该设计对供水装置进行了系统优化和技术升级后,既保留了PC机可以解决大数据的处理的能力,又发挥了PLC能够工作稳定的优势,实践证明该设计达到了预期目标。
Aiming at the lack of technology in the current stage of VFW water supply system, a controller design based on the principle of fuzzy PID control is proposed. The design realizes the control of PLC + PC through GPRS communication, in which the PC completes the fuzzy operation of fuzzy PID And fuzzy parameter table, GPRS module is responsible for the transmission of parameters and output signal feedback, through the design of the water supply system optimization and technology upgrades, not only retains the PC can handle the ability to deal with big data, but also play PLC can work stable advantage, the practice proved that the design has achieved the desired goal.
