目的探讨低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取温县第二人民医院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方案,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素钙治疗,两组患者均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患者的有效性及临床指标(心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作持续时间、T波倒置导联数、T波倒置深度、ST段下移深度),并观察两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛发作次数、T波倒置导联数少于对照组,心绞痛发作时间短于对照组,T波倒置深度、ST段下移深度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者心绞痛症状,有助于促进心功能恢复,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin on unstable angina pectoris. Methods Ninety patients with unstable angina pectoris who were treated in Wenxian Second People’s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium on the basis of the control group, and both groups were treated for 7 days. The effectiveness and clinical parameters (angina pectoris episode, angina pectoris episode, T wave inversion guideline, T wave inversion depth and ST segment downstage depth) were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were also observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the number of angina attacks, the number of inverted T waves in the observation group were less than those in the control group. The duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group. The depth of inverted T wave and the depth of ST segment depression were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin treatment of unstable angina pectoris clinical curative effect is exact, can effectively relieve angina pectoris patients, help to promote cardiac function recovery, and high safety.
