为了研究胶带式无级变速传动系统的性能,需要分别确定发动机转速和负载转矩对橡胶V带式无级变速器的影响。文中分别建立了主、从动轮轴向压力的加压模型,由加压模型可知,回位弹簧对主动轮轴向压力的影响比较显著,负载转矩对从动轮轴向压力的影响显著;采用正交试验设计的方法对从动轮加压模型的影响参数进行研究后得出:扭力凸轮的螺旋角和扭力凸轮滑槽到回转中心的直径是影响从动轮轴向压力的主要因素。
In order to study the performance of the belt type continuously variable transmission system, it is necessary to separately determine the influence of the engine speed and the load torque on the rubber V belt type continuously variable transmission. In this paper, the pressure models of the axial compression of the driven wheel and the driven wheel are respectively established. According to the compression model, the influence of the return spring on the axial pressure of the driving wheel is significant, and the load torque has a significant influence on the axial pressure of the driven wheel. The experimental design of the method to study the impact parameters of the driven wheel pressurization model obtained: the torque of the torque cam and torque cam slide to the center of the diameter of the revolution is the main factor affecting the axial pressure of the driven wheel.
