用放射免疫法测定24例IDDM患者血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α及血栓素B2含量,用BeckmanICSⅡ型手动速率散射比浊法检测血浆纤维结合蛋白含量,并于正常对照组进行比较,其结果为正常对照组6-酮-前列腺素F1α、血栓素B2、纤维结合蛋白值分别为24.96±4.09pg/ml、88.47±9.05pg/ml、0.305±0.042g/L;LDDM组上述各项指标分别为26.84±1.58pg/ml、191±2.85pg/ml、0.26±0.11g/L。本文结果表明IDDM组血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)、Fn值低于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),TXB2升高与血糖、血脂有正相关倾向,提示儿童IDDM存在发生慢性血管并发症的危险因素。
The levels of plasma 6-keto-PGF1α and thromboxane B2 in 24 IDDM patients were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results of this study showed that the TXB2 value in IDDM group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), the Fn value was lower than that in control group, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) Blood glucose, blood lipids have a positive correlation tendency, suggesting that children IDDM risk factors for the occurrence of chronic vascular complications.
