用放射免疫法测定２４例ＩＤＤＭ患者血浆６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α及血栓素Ｂ２含量，用ＢｅｃｋｍａｎＩＣＳⅡ型手动速率散射比浊法检测血浆纤维结合蛋白含量，并于正常对照组进行比较，其结果为正常对照组６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α、血栓素Ｂ２、纤维结合蛋白值分别为２４．９６±４．０９ｐｇ／ｍｌ、８８．４７±９．０５ｐｇ／ｍｌ、０．３０５±０．０４２ｇ／Ｌ；ＬＤＤＭ组上述各项指标分别为２６．８４±１．５８ｐｇ／ｍｌ、１９１±２．８５ｐｇ／ｍｌ、０．２６±０．１１ｇ／Ｌ。本文结果表明ＩＤＤＭ组血浆血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）值明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）、Ｆｎ值低于对照组，但无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），ＴＸＢ２升高与血糖、血脂有正相关倾向，提示儿童ＩＤＤＭ存在发生慢性血管并发症的危险因素。

The results of this study showed that the TXB2 value in IDDM group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), the Fn value was lower than that in control group, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) Blood glucose, blood lipids have a positive correlation tendency, suggesting that children IDDM risk factors for the occurrence of chronic vascular complications.
