该文采用ANSYS有限元软件建立溪源水库砌石拱坝三维模型,考虑拱坝分层浇筑自重、闸门和启闭房重量、淤沙压力、浪压力、温度作用及各工况水位,计算分析拱坝应力分布规律;在此基础上,利用ANSYS-APDL二次开发设计语言编制等效应力计算程序,消除局部应力集中影响,得到坝体等效应力值。计算结果表明:与坝基接触的坝体、溢洪道孔口周边局部坝体出现应力集中效应,经等效处理后,坝体最大主拉压应力均小于设计规范容许应力值,砌石拱坝的应力状态满足设计应力控制标准要求。
In this paper, ANSYS finite element software was used to establish the 3D model of Xiyuan Reservoir masonry arch dam. Considering the weight of the arch dam stratified pouring, the weight of gates and open and close houses, silt pressure, wave pressure, temperature and water level in each condition, the calculation and analysis Based on this, the equivalent stress calculation program was compiled by the secondary development design language of ANSYS-APDL to eliminate the influence of local stress concentration and get the equivalent stress of dam. The calculation results show that the dam body in contact with the dam foundation has some stress concentration effects on the local dam around the orifice of the spillway. After the equivalent treatment, the maximum tensile and compressive stress of the dam body is less than the allowable stress value of the design code. The stress of the masonry arch dam State to meet the design stress control standards.
