目的探索疾控机构体检门诊开展健康教育的方法及其效果评价。方法在体检过程的不同阶段,采用发放宣教资料、设置宣传栏、多媒体宣教、健康小课堂等形式普及相关传染病的防治知识;采用口头讲解、公益热线咨询、网上交流等形式对个体因人施教、因病宣传相关传染病知识;采用问卷调查的方式,对从业人员自身健康状况认知程度、相关传染病知晓率及综合满意度进行调查分析。结果通过开展健康教育,从业人员对自身健康状况认知程度、相关传染病知晓率均上升至99.5%;从业人员综合满意度高达98.6%。结论在疾控机构体检门诊不失时机地针对从业人员开展多种形式的健康教育收到了良好效果,健康教育满足了从业人员对传染病医学知识的需求,提高了从业人员对自身健康状况的认知程度,从业人员的综合满意度高,投诉的人次减少,促进了和谐的医民关系,提高了疾控机构的公众形象。由此可见,在疾控机构体检门诊开展健康教育是可行的、有效的。
Objective To explore the methods of health education in medical examination clinics of CDC institutions and their effects evaluation. Methods At different stages of the physical examination process, knowledge of prevention and treatment of related infectious diseases was popularized through dissemination of educational materials, setting up publicity boards, multimedia education and small health classes, etc. The prevention and treatment of related infectious diseases were popularized through oral presentation, public hotline counseling and online exchange, To teach, because of disease awareness of infectious disease knowledge; using questionnaire survey, practitioners of their own health status awareness, awareness of related infectious diseases and comprehensive satisfaction survey. Results Through health education, the awareness rate of practitioners to their own health status and the related infectious disease rates rose to 99.5%. The comprehensive satisfaction of employees reached as high as 98.6%. Conclusion Good results have been achieved in various forms of health education for practitioners in physical examination clinics of CDC institutions. Health education meets the needs of practitioners for medical knowledge of communicable diseases and enhances the employees’ awareness of their own health conditions The comprehensive satisfaction of practitioners and the reduction of complaints have promoted the harmonious relationship between doctors and peasants and enhanced the public image of CDCs. Thus, it is feasible and effective to carry out health education in the CDC medical examination clinics.
