改革开放以来,我国通信事业,尤其是计算机通信、网络技术,取得了飞速的发展。网络时代的到来,使我们的生活方式、工作方法发生了根本性的变化。科技防汛时代已经来临,大批先进技求应用和装备水平的提高,为防汛指挥决策的科学化、现代化提供了条件。文章根据本地区特点,比较系统地分析了信息化技术在漯河市防汛指挥决策中的应用,提出了对今后发展的对策与建议。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s telecommunications industry, especially computer communications and network technology, has achieved rapid development. The advent of the Internet era has fundamentally changed our way of life and working methods. The era of science and technology flood control has come, a large number of advanced technology to improve the level of application and equipment for the flood control decision-making scientific and modern conditions. According to the characteristics of this area, the article systematically analyzes the application of information technology in flood control decision-making of Luohe City and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for future development.
