1.加强校风建设。一是领导班子形成求真务实,严谨扎实,团结协作。深入实际的作风。二是完善各项规章制度,如教师岗位责任制,评先评优办法,职称评定制度,内部评聘教师职称制度。鼓励教师攻读研究生,确定四级骨干教师队伍,激发广大教师的主人翁意识,调动广大教师教书育人的积极性,形成为人师表,严谨治学,勤奋执教,关爱学生的教风。三是大力培养学生严守纪律,尊敬师长,勤奋刻苦,立志成才的学风。良好的学风是促进学生健康成长的外部环境。
