我们医院从1979年底开始试行经济管理,通过定人员、定任务、定收入、定消耗、定奖惩等经济措施。取得了良好的经济效果,医疗服务质量也有所提高。经济管理好象一根无形的纽带,它能够把工作在各个岗位上的每一个人、每一件事有机地联系在一起,并进行适当的控制和调节,使人力、物力得到合理利用。1980年开始医院就大变了样,这年与1979年相比,人员大致相同,病床没有增加,设备更新不多,但业务收入增加36,833元,业务支出下降9,021元,利润增加27,012元。要特别说明的是,这种增收节支不是降低医疗质量和增加病人负
