目的识别、分析某工业炉生产建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,评价危害程度,确定职业病危害类别,从职业病防治角度评估建设项目的可行性,为建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法运用类比法、检查表法进行分析评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在氮氧化物、一氧化碳、臭氧、锰、铜烟、电焊烟尘、噪声、紫外线等职业病危害因素。结论该拟建项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that may occur in the production and construction of an industrial furnace, assess the degree of harm, determine the types of occupational hazards, evaluate the feasibility of construction projects from the perspective of occupational disease prevention and control, and provide the necessary occupational hazards protection measures for the design of construction projects. Suggest. Methods using analogy, checklist method for analysis and evaluation. Results In the process of production, there were occupational hazards such as nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, ozone, manganese, copper smoke, electric welding dust, noise and ultraviolet radiation. Conclusion The proposed project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. The possible occupational hazards in the production process can be prevented. It is feasible to analyze the project from the angle of occupational health.
