通过实地考察,介绍新西兰奥克兰大学图书馆在学科服务管理与实践方面的主要特色与最新进展,重点阐述其在组织管理机制、学科馆员的考核与培训方面的特色。通过典型案例分析,论述学科服务在三个方面的主要特色与最新进展。其一是在教学支持方面,包括学科信息素养教育、相关支撑工具等;其二是在研究支持方面,重点介绍博士生技能训练项目以及新引进开发的研究支持系统;其三通过案例展示,介绍奥克兰大学图书馆在学科资源建设方面的做法和主要特色。
Through on-the-spot investigation, this paper introduces the main features and latest progress of the management and practice of the University of Auckland University in New Zealand, focusing on its characteristics in organizational management mechanism, subject librarian’s assessment and training. Through the typical case analysis, it discusses the main characteristics and the latest progress of the discipline service in three aspects. One is in teaching support, including information literacy education, related support tools; the other is in the research support, focusing on doctoral training programs and the introduction of new research and development support system; the third case by case presentation The practice and main features of the University of Auckland Library in the construction of disciplinary resources.
