在麻醉与三碘季胺酚制动的家免,电刺激延脑腹侧表面表现升压与降压反应。升压区位于中线外侧2.5mm,斜方体尾侧。头侧区的升压反应较尾侧区显著,升压幅度大、潜伏期短、持续时间长。升压反应可被静脉注射酚妥拉明所阻断。降压区位于中线外侧3.5mm、尾侧区的降压反应较头侧显著,不被静脉注射阿托平或迷走神经切断所去除。实验结果表明延脑腹面可能以改变交感神经系的血管运动紧张性做为中枢神经系统调控心血管功能的主要组成部分。
