为探讨改变含能量的双基推进剂和HMX/CMDB推进剂的燃速与推进剂初始温度的关系,利用套罩式药条燃烧器研究了其燃烧波结构。影响各种推进剂燃速与推进剂初始温度关系的物理特性量,主要是燃烧表面温度与暗区温度。双基推进剂含能量越多,燃速的温度感度越小。增加推进剂含能量和推进剂的初始温度时,燃烧表面温度增加,沸腾区的反应加速,暗区温度上升,沸腾区的温度梯度扩大,流向燃烧表面的热流束增加,从而燃速增加。HMX/CMDB推进剂含能量多时燃速对温度的感度变小。增加推进剂能量并降低推进剂初始温度时,燃烧表面温度下降,沸腾区的反应减慢,暗区温度下降,沸腾区温度梯度变小,流向燃烧表面的热流束减少,从而燃速降低。
In order to discuss the relationship between the burning rate of propellant and the burning rate of propellant with double base propellant and HMX / CMDB containing propellant, the structure of combustion wave was studied by the shroud lance burner. The physical properties that affect the relationship between the various propellant burning rates and the initial propellant temperature are mainly the combustion surface temperature and the dark zone temperature. Double base propellant containing more energy, the burning rate of temperature sensitivity is smaller. When the initial energy of the propellant is increased and the propellant temperature is increased, the combustion surface temperature increases, the reaction in the boiling zone accelerates, the dark zone temperature increases, the temperature gradient in the boiling zone expands, and the heat flux to the combustion surface increases. The HMX / CMDB propellant has more sensitivity to temperature with lower burning rate. When the propellant energy is increased and the initial temperature of the propellant is decreased, the combustion surface temperature decreases, the reaction in the boiling zone slows down, the dark zone temperature decreases, the temperature gradient in the boiling zone decreases, and the heat flux to the combustion surface decreases.
