目的:研究利用松木块粉碎物、松木枝、松木屑及农副产品等,优选出茯苓代料栽培的最佳配方。方法:先对11个配方进行初步筛选,确定松木块粉碎物、松木枝、松木屑、玉米芯、玉米粒为配方原料。而后采用均匀设计的方法,以不同的五种原料为平行因素,采用混料均匀设计方案,从20个配方中选取平均产量高、存活率高、三萜含量高的7组配方进行综合评价,从中优选出最佳比例的配方。结果:松木块粉碎物14%、松木枝14.02%、松木屑52.72%、玉米芯9.33%、玉米粒9.92%为最佳比例配方。结论:优选出的茯苓代料栽培配方为最佳配方,可用于代替松树段木栽培茯苓。
Objective: To study the use of pine pieces of ground material, pine branches, pine chips and agricultural products, preferably the best formula Poria cultivation. Methods: The preliminary screening of 11 formulas was carried out to determine the pulverized material of pine wood, pine wood, pine wood chips, corn cob and corn kernels as the raw materials for formulation. Then, the uniform design method was used to make the five different ingredients as the parallel factors. The mixed design was used to select the seven formulations with high average yield, high survival rate and high triterpenoid content from 20 formulas. From which the best ratio of formula optimization. Results: 14% of the pine pieces, 14.02% of the pine branches, 52.72% of the pine chips, 9.33% of the corn cob and 9.92% of the corn kernels were the best proportion formula. Conclusion: The optimal formula of Poria cocos nucifera is the best formula, which can be used to replace Poria cocos cultivation in pine wood.
