介绍了贫燃催化燃烧燃气轮机系统的流程及可采用的部分负荷调节方式。建立各主要部件的数学模型,进行各调节方式下部分负荷特性的分析。提出了压气机进气加热调节方式,将此调节方式下的部分负荷特性与其他调节方式下的特性进行了对比。得到的主要结论有:催化燃烧室入口温度是影响系统部分负荷运行的关键因素;转速调节的工作范围最大,抽气调节居中,燃料气量调节最小;燃料气量调节方式下,甲烷转化率最低;在正常工作范围内,燃料气量调节工况下的系统热效率高于抽气调节工况下的热效率;压气机进气加热调节能延伸燃料气量调节方式的工作范围,但是降低了热效率。
The process of lean-burn catalytic combustion gas turbine system and the partial load regulation method that can be adopted are introduced. The mathematical model of each main component is established, and the analysis of partial load characteristics under each regulation mode is carried out. Proposed the compressor intake air heating regulation method, compares the partial load characteristic under this regulation mode with the characteristics under other regulation modes. The main conclusions obtained are as follows: the inlet temperature of the catalytic combustion chamber is the key factor affecting the system partial load operation; the range of speed regulation is the largest, the pumping regulation is the middle and the fuel gas regulation is the smallest; the methane conversion rate is the lowest under the fuel gas regulation mode; In the normal working range, the system thermal efficiency under the condition of fuel gas regulation is higher than the thermal efficiency under the condition of pumping regulation; and the compressor intake heating regulation can extend the working range of the fuel gas regulation mode, but reduce the thermal efficiency.
