运用分形理论,依据钢渣粉磨试样的粒度分布测试结果,对其分形维数进行了理论计算,并对试样的颗粒特征进行了分析研究。结果表明,拟合曲线的线性相关系数均在0.97~1之间,说明钢渣微粉的粒度分布具有分形结构特征。随着粉磨时间的延长,钢渣微粉粒度分布的分维值逐渐增大,到一定时间后,其粒度分布的分维值增大趋于平缓。分形维数与钢渣微粉的比表面积间满足良好的线性关系,并与钢渣基水泥材料的胶凝性能间有良好的正相关性。
Fractal theory is used to calculate the fractal dimension of steel slag according to the particle size distribution test results. The particle characteristics of the sample are analyzed. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the fitted curves were all between 0.97 and 1, indicating that the particle size distribution of the slag powder has the fractal structure. With the extension of grinding time, the fractal dimension of slag particle size distribution increases gradually. After a certain period of time, the fractal dimension value of slag particle size distribution tends to increase gently. The fractal dimension and the specific surface area of steel slag met the good linear relationship and had a good positive correlation with the gelling performance of steel slag-based cement.
