《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的颁布,为各级各类学前教育专业院校明确了学生培养目标。作为学历层次较低的中等幼儿师范学校,聚焦于学生核心能力的培养是其突破发展局限的必然途径。幼师生核心能力培养的途径包括建构与之匹配的课程体系、选择灵活多样的教学方法、建立核心能力培养的考核与评价体系、细化督导制度等。
“Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards (Trial)” promulgated for all types of pre-primary education institutions at all levels clear the objectives of student development. As a secondary preschool education school with a low level of education, focusing on the cultivation of students’ core competencies is the inevitable way to break the development limitation. The ways of cultivating the core competence of kindergarten teachers and students include constructing a matching curriculum system, choosing flexible and diverse teaching methods, establishing the evaluation and evaluation system of core competencies, and refining the supervision system.
