研究了Mg合金元素在Al-Cu-Mn高强度铸造合金中的作用及对其组织、性能的影响。发现,加入适量Mg时,具有明显地提高合金的塑性、耐蚀性、固溶淬透性和改善摩擦性能等有利作用。文中还分析了Mg在合金中的存在形式和作用原理。
The effect of Mg alloy elements in Al-Cu-Mn high strength cast alloy and its effect on microstructure and properties were investigated. It is found that adding proper amount of Mg can obviously improve the ductility, corrosion resistance, solution hardenability and frictional properties of the alloy. The article also analyzes the existence of Mg in the alloy form and principle of action.
