目的:优选并确立首乌藤多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量,通过正交设计和单因素分析,以多糖得率和糖含量为考察指标,优选多糖的提取工艺。结果:多糖最佳水提工艺为:料液比1∶10,提取温度100℃,提取时间2 h,提取次数3次,醇沉浓度80%。结论:本实验优选出的工艺稳定、经济、可行。
Objective: To optimize and establish the extraction of Polygonum multiflorum polysaccharides. Methods: The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Through orthogonal design and single factor analysis, polysaccharide yield and sugar content were taken as indexes to evaluate polysaccharide extraction process. Results: The optimal water extraction process of polysaccharides was as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1:10, extraction temperature 100 ℃, extraction time 2 h, extraction times 3 times, alcohol precipitation concentration 80%. Conclusion: The process of this experiment is stable, economical and feasible.
