1.故障情况及检测 石家庄钢铁厂30t电弧炉是采用全液压控制的,主要控制元件为二通插装阀。1985年7月投产以后,设备运行良好,但在1988年5年1日至3日,炉前设备员反映:在冶炼过程中,炉体向出钢方向自行倾翻。经过详细观察后确认:该故障系炉体倾动缸微微上漂所致,经测定,其上漂速度为v=11cm/h。 炉体倾动的液压传动原理见图1,其动作见表1。
