研究中药方剂中共存生药对汤药中某一生药特殊成分提取率的影响是很重要的。作者曾报道黄连中所含小檗碱具有抑制小鼠血浆碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的作用;利用碱性磷酸酶抑制试验可估价黄连中小檗碱含量。日本防已(青风藤)的热水提取物也可抑制小鼠血浆ALP活性,其活性成分也是生物碱。作者以抑制ALP活性为指标,观察生药共存对日本防己中生物碱提取的影响,从而为中药方剂中生药复方配伍的意义提供实验依
It is very important to study the effect of co-preserved crude drug in traditional Chinese medicine on the extraction rate of a specific component of a crude drug in decoction. The authors have reported that berberine contained in Coptis chinensis has the effect of inhibiting the activity of plasma alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in mice; the alkaline phosphatase inhibition test can be used to estimate the content of berberine in Coptis chinensis. The hot-water extract from Japan’s Alpinia candida also inhibits the plasma ALP activity in mice, and its active ingredient is also an alkaloid. The authors used the inhibition of ALP activity as an indicator to observe the effects of coexistence of crude drugs and drugs on the extraction of alkaloids from F. chinensis, in order to provide an experimental basis for the significance of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicines in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.
