近几年来中小企业贷款难闻题较为突出,县域中小企业更为突出。为进一步深入了解中小企业贷款难问题的实际状况,特别是县域中小企业贷款难的情况和原因,探求解决这一问题的有效途径,我们于近期在全省范围内开展了一次联合调查工作。此次调查采取抽样调查方式,在全省66个县(不含区、县级市)中,按照统计局的经济综合指数排名,从前至后选取了40个县(含国家扶贫重点县21个)、对县内经济有影响的600户中小企业和40个县的全部金融机构作为样本,开展了问卷调查。共发出企业调查问卷600份,收回有效问卷529份;金融机构调查问卷200份,收回有效问卷160份。 In recent years, SME loans are more prominent problem of slander, SMEs in the county more prominent. In order to further understand the actual situation of SME loan difficulties, especially the situation and reasons for the difficulty of SME loans in counties and explore effective ways to solve this problem, we conducted a joint investigation within the province in the near future. In this survey, a sample survey was conducted. Among 66 counties in the province (excluding districts and county-level cities), 40 counties (including 21 counties with national poverty alleviation priorities) were selected according to the economic comprehensive index of the Bureau of Statistics. ), 600 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have an economic impact on the prefecture and all the financial institutions in 40 counties, conducted a questionnaire survey. A total of 600 corporate questionnaires were sent out, with 529 valid questionnaires returned; 200 questionnaires from financial institutions and 160 valid questionnaires were returned.
