叙述了燃料组件管座的精密铸造工艺特点。介绍了压型与芯盒设计、加工精度、快速取芯的型芯材料选择,腊模制造、浇冒系统的合理布置,防止冷隔、热裂采取的措施以及浇注试验和铸件检查结果。试验结果说明铸件的组织及精度满足设计要求。与焊接后精加工的工艺相比较,本精密铸造工艺流程简单、工艺成本低、铸件质量稳定,适合批量生产。
Describes the fuel assembly of the socket casting process characteristics. The paper introduces the design of pressure and core box, the machining precision, the selection of core material for rapid coring, the manufacture of wax mold, the reasonable arrangement of the pouring and pouring system, the measures taken to prevent cold separation and thermal cracking as well as the pouring test and casting inspection results. The test results show that the structure and accuracy of the castings meet the design requirements. Compared with the welding after finishing process, the precision casting process is simple, low cost, casting quality and stability, suitable for mass production.
