目的了解三峡库区人群健康监测点居民死亡人口漏报情况,为库区疾病预防控制提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对三峡库区兴山县疾病监测点2008年1月1日至12月31日发生的全部死亡人口进行调查。结果报告死亡率为4.72‰,死亡人口漏报率为38.61%,校正死亡率7.68‰。结论目前三峡库区兴山县疾病监测点居民死亡漏报情况非常严重,应加强对居民死亡报告管理的力度,特别是增强乡、村医务人员的报告意识。
Objective To understand the omission of deaths among residents in the health monitoring stations in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and control in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate all deaths occurring in the Xingshan County Disease Surveillance Point in the Three Gorges Reservoir from January 1 to December 31, 2008. Results The reported mortality rate was 4.72 ‰, the death rate was 38.61%, and the corrected mortality rate was 7.68 ‰. Conclusion At present, the death and omission of residents in Xingshan County disease monitoring stations in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is very serious. The management of death reports of residents should be strengthened, especially the report awareness of township and village medical staff should be enhanced.
