目的 :为了探讨甘草酸铵 2种制剂对慢性病毒性肝炎病人血清细胞外基质 (ECM )的影响。方法 :70例病人随机分为甘草酸二铵组 4 1例 (年龄4 7a±s 13a)和甘草酸单铵组 2 9例 (年龄 4 8a± 12a) ,分别静脉滴注甘草酸二铵和甘草酸单铵每日 1次 ,30d后采用放免法检测病人血清ECM。结果 :甘草酸二铵组和甘草酸单铵组治疗后各项ECM值明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,而治疗后 2组ECM下降值间除板层素 (LN)差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5) ,其他各项差异均有显著或非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :甘草酸铵 2种制剂均可降低慢性病毒性肝炎病人的血清ECM ,具有一定的抗纤维化作用 ,尤以甘草酸二铵的作用更甚。
Objective: To investigate the effects of two kinds of preparations of glycyrrhizinate on serum extracellular matrix (ECM) in patients with chronic viral hepatitis. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into 4 1 cases (4 7a ± s13a) and 29 patients (4 8a ± 12a) in the group of ammonium diammonium glycyrrhizinate. The patients were given intravenous infusion of diammonium glycyrrhizinate and Ammonium glycyrrhizinate once daily, after 30 days, the patient’s serum ECM was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: The values of ECM decreased significantly after diammonium glycyrrhizinate group and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05), all the other differences were significant or very significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Both of the two preparations of glycyrrhizinate can reduce the serum ECM of patients with chronic viral hepatitis and have some anti-fibrosis effects, especially the effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate.
