报道了乙烷在以碱金属氯化物作为助剂的碱土金属氧化物催化剂上的氧化脱氢。试验结果表明,纯MgO或CaO都具有一定的乙烷氧化脱氧反应性能,就活性而言,MgO高于CaO,但CaO的选择性明显优于MgO,LiCl和NaCl分别对MgO和CaO具有很好的助催化作用,其中LiCl/MgO催化剂乙烷转化率和乙烯选择性分别达73.2%和84.4%。本文还考察了反应温度,原料气空速等反应条件对乙烷氧化脱氢反应的影响,并从反应角度探讨了碱金属氯化物的助催化作用。
The oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane over alkaline earth metal oxide catalysts using alkali metal chlorides as auxiliaries has been reported. The experimental results show that pure MgO or CaO all have a certain degree of oxidative deoxygenation of ethane. In terms of activity, MgO is higher than CaO, but the selectivity of CaO is obviously better than that of MgO. LiCl and NaCl have good MgO and CaO respectively The catalytic effect of LiCl / MgO on ethane conversion and ethylene selectivity were 73.2% and 84.4% respectively. In this paper, the effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, space velocity of feed gas on the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane were also investigated. The cocatalytic activity of alkali metal chloride was also discussed from the reaction point of view.
