各级电大的辅导教师如何充分发挥主讲教师与学员之间的桥梁纽带作用,如何使辅导课走出“主讲”的误区,这一直是电大辅导教师多年来探讨的热门话题。我认为针对不同的课程、不同章节,应采用不同的辅导方法,如单元复习法、专题辅导法及课堂讨论法等。这里仅就汉语言文学专业的辅导课方法谈一点浅见。汉语言文学专业开设的课程,绝大多数是中央电大教师主讲,按照中央电大的教学时数分配,主讲教师与辅导教师的课时比例为2:1。如果每周学员看完两节电视课,辅导教师就应配上一节辅导课。这样上课有一定的优点,如随堂答疑,及时解难,固然可以加深印象,巩固知识。

If two trainee students finish watching two TV lessons each week, the tutor should be given a tutorial session. This class has certain advantages, such as Q & A, timely solution, of course, can deepen the impression and consolidate knowledge.
