目的 :对脑脊液中部分酶活性的检测及临床意义渐有报道 ,但对CNS肿瘤患者脑脊液中多种酶活性及一氧化氮的检测及其意义则尚无文献报告。方法 :本文对 36例经手术及病理检查已确诊的CNS肿瘤病患者脑脊液中五种酶活性及一氧化氮进行检测 ,同时对 34例NCNS疾病患者脑脊液作相应检查以作比较。结果 :显示观察组中AST、LDH活性及NO含量较对照组明显增高(P <0 0 1) ,此外 ,CNS肿瘤患者术后并发CNS感染者较无感染者脑脊液中AST、LDH活性及NO含量亦明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :提示检测脑脊液中AST、LDH活性及NO含量有助于NCS肿瘤及术后CNS感染的诊断及鉴别诊断。
OBJECTIVE: The detection and clinical significance of some enzymatic activity in cerebrospinal fluid have been reported. However, there is no literature report on the detection of various enzyme activities and nitric oxide in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with CNS. Methods: In this study, 36 patients with CNS tumor diagnosed by operation and pathology were tested for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) activity and nitric oxide, and cerebrospinal fluid in 34 patients with NCNS were examined for comparison. Results: The activity of AST and LDH and the content of NO in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). In addition, the activity of AST and LDH in cerebrospinal fluid and the content of NO in patients with CNS Also significantly higher (P <0 05). Conclusion: It is suggested that the detection of AST and LDH activity in cerebrospinal fluid and the content of NO contribute to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CNS tumor and postoperative CNS infection.
