目的 观察高 +Gz 暴露引起的人体血小板功能的变化并探讨其作用机制。 方法 6名健康男性受试者进行 +Gz 暴露 ,用PFA 10 0血小板功能分析仪检测 +Gz 暴露前、暴露后即刻和暴露后 2 4h血小板功能的变化。 结果 受试者 +Gz 暴露后即刻及暴露后 2 4h的血流停止时间大于+Gz 暴露前 ,+Gz 暴露后 2 4h与暴露后即刻相比则无显著差异。 +Gz 暴露对血小板计数无影响。 结论 高 +Gz 暴露可导致反映血小板功能的血流停止时间延长。
Objective To observe the changes of human platelet function caused by high + Gz exposure and to explore its mechanism. Methods Six healthy male subjects were exposed to + Gz. PFA10 platelet function analyzer was used to detect the changes of platelet function before + Gz exposure, immediately after exposure and at 24 hours after exposure. Results The blood flow stopped immediately after + Gz exposure and 24 h after exposure were greater than + Gz before exposure, and no significant difference was observed 24 h after + Gz exposure compared with immediately after exposure. + Gz exposure had no effect on platelet count. Conclusions High + Gz exposure can lead to prolonged stoppage of blood flow that reflects platelet function.
