介绍了无人机载光电任务设备升降机构的工作原理、结构组成及其控制器设计。控制器采用C8051F320单片机,驱动电路选用高集成度、高性价比、高可靠性和高效率的驱动芯片MSK4310实现。与传统分立元件方法相比,简化了80%的电路设计,节省了50%的结构尺寸。系统实现了光电任务设备的自主升降以及到位停止等自动控制功能。保证了无人机在起飞、降落时其所配备光电任务设备的安全性。
This paper introduces the working principle, structure and controller design of the lifting mechanism of unmanned aerial vehicle. The controller adopts C8051F320 one-chip computer, the drive circuit selects and adopts the integrated chip MSK4310 of high integrated level, high cost performance, high reliability and high efficiency. Compared with the traditional discrete component method, it simplifies 80% of the circuit design and saves 50% of the structure size. The system has realized the automatic control functions such as autonomous lifting of photoelectric task equipment and stop in place. To ensure that the UAV in taking off, landing its equipped with optical tasks and equipment safety.
