在“互联网+”信息技术的快速发展推动了社会经济和人才管理的变革,大数据的概念已经渗透到当今社会各个领域中,激励机制在事业单位的运用中还需要不断进行创新研究。对此,事业单位应当从当前激励机制执行的基本状况抓起,有针对性的执行中事业单位在激励制度中浅存的弊端,采取适宜的大数据管理举措,以保障激励机制起到预期的激励效果。大数据时代推动了事业单位内部本质化的调整与升级,这是人力资源管理的变革。笔者结合多年的实际工作经验,分析了事业单位人力资源管理的基本特点以及存在问题,并针对性的提出了相应的对策,仅供参考。
The rapid development of information technology in “Internet + ” has promoted the reform of social economy and talent management. The concept of big data has infiltrated various fields in today’s society. Incentive mechanism needs continuous innovation research in the application of public institutions. In this regard, institutions should start from the basic situation of the implementation of the current incentive mechanism, targeted shortcomings in the implementation of the institutions in the incentive system, to take appropriate big data management initiatives to protect the incentive mechanism to achieve the expected Incentive effect. The era of big data has promoted the adjustment and upgrading of the internal nature of institutions, which is the transformation of human resources management. The author combines years of practical experience, analysis of the basic characteristics of human resource management institutions and the existing problems, and pointed out the corresponding countermeasures for reference purposes only.
