成都金具厂马铁机械化铸造车间成功地用可控硅代替Z—28.5型直流电机,向S925型电磁皮带轮供电。改进前,由于车间粉尘影响电机整流子绝缘,造成炭刷起弧冒火,烧坏整流子及炭刷,引起不发电等故障,致使电磁皮带轮经常不励磁,造成电磁铁失灵,铁磁物质不能吸出,影响型砂质量和生产安全。针对这个生产关键问题,组成三结合小组,提出了用220/110伏、10~15/20~30安可控硅整流装置代替Z—28.5型直流电机向砂处理系统供电
