01橡胶原料价格持续波动行业酝酿建立橡胶稳定基金2012年,橡胶原料价格总体呈现波动低迷态势。天然橡胶全年价格高点在30000元/吨左右,低点在20000元/吨左右。为了应对近年来天然橡胶价格持续大幅波动的被动局面,降低天然橡胶价格的波动幅度,轮胎行业酝酿建立橡胶稳定基金。
