本文对铝-镁-锂合金的加工工艺、热处理制度对合金组织和性能的影响进行了研究。合金经720℃氩气保护熔铸,520℃、16小时均匀化,500℃热轧92%,500℃固溶处理,190℃、8小时时效后可获最高强度σ_b=450MPa,σ_(0.2)=304MPa,δ=6%。时效时主要析出相δ′相长大遵循d∝t~(1/3)的关系,PFZ长大规律为W∝t~(1/2)。本文对时效各阶段的机制、破断特征及加入稀土元素La的影响进行了讨论。
In this paper, aluminum-magnesium-lithium alloy processing technology, heat treatment system on the alloy microstructure and properties were studied. The alloys were cast by argon gas at 720 ℃, homogenized at 520 ℃ for 16 hours, hot rolled at 500 ℃, solution treated at 500 ℃, and treated at 190 ℃ for 8h. Σ_b = 450MPa, σ 0.2 = 304 MPa, δ = 6%. When aging, the main precipitation phase δ ’phase grows to follow the relationship of dαt ~ (1/3), PFZ growth law Wαt ~ (1/2). In this paper, the mechanism of various stages of aging, breaking characteristics and the impact of adding rare earth La were discussed.
