目的调查北海市农林场集中式供水工程卫生学现状,了解农林场居民的饮用水质安全状况。方法对北海市6个农林场共64个集中式供水工程进行了生活饮用水卫生学调查,并对水质影响因素进行分析研究。结果该市农林场集中式供水工程水质总合格率为3.13%,其中,银海区、铁山港区、合浦县所属农林场水质合格率分别为2.70%、0.00%、5.26%。供水水质总体合格状况无地域差异,影响水质的主要指标是pH值,其次是大肠菌群和细菌总数的微生物指标,县区农林场水质pH值和微生物指标合格率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各农林场饮水工程普遍缺乏必要的卫生防护,集中供水工程水质净化消毒设施缺乏,供水水质合格率低,存在较为严重的介水疾病传播风险。
Objective To investigate the status quo of sanitation in centralized water supply project of Beihai Agriculture and Forestry Center and understand the drinking water quality and safety status of residents in agricultural and forestry farms. Methods A total of 64 centralized water supply projects in 6 agricultural and forestry farms in Beihai City were surveyed for hygiene of drinking water and the influencing factors of water quality were analyzed. Results The qualified rate of water quality of centralized water supply project in agriculture and forestry field was 3.13%. The qualified rate of water quality of Agroforestry farm in Yinhai, Tieshangang and Hepu was 2.70%, 0.00% and 5.26% respectively. There is no geographical difference in the overall quality of water supply. The main indexes affecting water quality are pH value, followed by microbial indicators of coliform bacteria and total bacteria. There is significant difference in the qualified rate of water quality and microbial index between farm and forestry in county P <0.05). Conclusion The drinking water projects in all kinds of agriculture and forestry farms generally lack the necessary sanitation protection. The lack of water purification and disinfection facilities in centralized water supply projects results in low qualification rate of water supply and risks of serious water-borne diseases.
