目的 分析我国主要生产行业的粉尘状况。方法 查阅1985 ~1995 年相关的中文核心期刊, 摘录粉尘报道文章377 篇, 将有关数据进行统计处理。结果 (1) 按行业分析, 粉尘算术平均浓度和几何平均浓度最高的分别是煤炭行业和乡镇企业。(2) 按年代分析, 60 ~80 年代粉尘水平呈下降趋势, 而90 年代又有升高。(3) 按粉尘种类分析, 滑石尘浓度最高; 陶瓷尘游离SiO2 含量最高; 而电焊尘、锰尘等8 种粉尘粒径< 5μm 者达80 % 以上, 分散度较大。(4) 粉尘浓度用算术均数表示呈增加趋势。结论 煤炭、建材等行业为我国防尘重点。
Objective To analyze the status of dust in major production sectors in China. Methods The related Chinese core journals from 1985 to 1995 were consulted, and 377 articles covering dust were extracted, and the data were statistically processed. Results (1) According to the industry analysis, the highest average concentration of arithmetic average dust concentration and geometric mean coal industry and township enterprises. (2) According to the analysis of the age, the dust level in the 1960s and 1980s showed a downward trend, while in the 1990s it increased again. (3) According to the analysis of dust types, talcum dust concentration is the highest; ceramic dust has the highest content of free SiO2; while the 8 kinds of dust with dust particle size of <5μm such as welding dust and manganese dust reach more than 80% and the dispersion degree is relatively large. (4) The dust concentration shows an increasing trend with arithmetic mean. Conclusion Coal, building materials and other industries focus on dust prevention in China.
