Management science, broad and profound. The core of management is dealing with relationships. Buddhism Hongde, justification, motivation and compatibility, harmonious governance, provides us with the highest management theory and practice of truth and unlimited wisdom. Enterprises treat employees, staff and workers to enterprises, with peace and treat each other sincerely, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff and creativity, and enhance the business community.
