国务院于一九八四年二月二十七日发布了《关于在我国统一实行法定计量单位的命令》,确定了以国际单位制单位为基础的我国法定计量单位,规定了具体实施的步骤和措施。这是进一步统一我国计量制度的一个重要决策,是关系到我国经济建设以及科学技术、文化教育的发展和国际交流的一件大事。为此,航天部也于一九八四年五月行文通知,要求部属各单位从一九八六年一月一日起认真贯彻执行。 计量单位涉及各行各业,并和广大人民群众的工作、生活密切相关,为了广泛宣传,普及有关法定计量单位的基本知识,做到家喻户晓,现约请郭振邦、吴文珂等同志编写此《法定计量单位基本知识》讲座,供同志们学习参考。
