目的:评价环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)复方制剂用于治疗肿瘤患者贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年3月—2015年3月间接治的肿瘤伴有贫血的患者84例为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42);对照组患者均给予常规治疗方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上均给予环磷酸腺苷复方制剂口服治疗,观察两组患者治疗后生理指标参数的变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)以及红细胞分布宽度标准差(RDW±s)与对照组比较其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者经治疗后轻度贫血的患者11例(26.19%)高于对照组4例(9.52%),重度贫血的患者2例(4.76%)显著低于对照组15例(35.71%),均组间数据比较其差异有统计学意义(分别为χ~2=3.977和12.464,P<0.05);中度贫血的患者之间经比较其差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.817,P>0.05)。结论:环磷酸腺苷复方制剂用于治疗肿瘤患者,提高了其体内的c AMP含量,能有效抑制癌细胞生长,并达到促进正常细胞分化的作用,缓解了肿瘤病症的进一步恶化。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cAMP compound in the treatment of anemia in cancer patients. Methods: Totally 84 patients with anemia who had undergone indirect treatment from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the study subjects. CONCLUSION: The cyclic adenosine triphosphate (CPP) is effective in treating cancer patients and increasing cAMP level in vivo. It can effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells, promote the differentiation of normal cells and relieve the further deterioration of tumor.
