已有报导提高火花光源的重复率可以消除铸铁、铝及铝合金试样的组织结构影响,提高分析重复性。本文采用Carl Zeiss厂生产的HFI-1型高压高重复率火花光源中的不同重复率,对碳素钢及中低合金钢进行了比较试验。得出,在相同预燃时间内,提高火花重复率,可以改善工作曲线的线性关系,分析重复性及准确度。并且不同合金钢中的Si、Mn、Ni、Cr、Mo各自的工作曲线都能分别的重合在一起;碳素钢、中低合
It has been reported that increasing the repetition rate of spark light sources can eliminate the influence of the microstructure of cast iron, aluminum and aluminum alloy samples and improve the repeatability of analysis. In this paper, different repetition rates of HFI-1 high voltage and high repetition rate spark source produced by Carl Zeiss plant were used to compare carbon steel and medium and low alloy steel. It is concluded that increasing the spark repetition rate during the same pre-ignition time can improve the linearity of the working curve and analyze the repeatability and accuracy. And the work curves of Si, Mn, Ni, Cr and Mo in different alloy steels can respectively coincide with each other; the carbon steel,
