(一) 前言透水地基上土坝基础的防渗措施,通常可采用水平和垂直两种型式。从工程运用看,垂直防渗墙效果显著,渗漏量小,坝基渗透稳定可靠,有条件时宜尽先采用。当复盖层较深,地层砂砾石渗透稳定性较好,或坝基总漏水量不太大,且不致影响水库正常效益时,则采用水平防渗铺盖较为经济。由于水平防渗或悬挂式垂直防渗措施不能完全截断渗水,故通常还需结合坝后排水减压工程。

From the engineering point of view, the vertical impermeable wall effect is obvious, leakage is small, stable and reliable infiltration of the dam foundation, the conditions should be the first to adopt. When the overburden is deeper, the seepage stability of formation sand and gravel is better, or the total water leakage in the dam foundation is not too large, and the normal benefit of the reservoir will not be affected, the horizontal seepage-proof matting is more economical. As horizontal seepage or hanging vertical impermeable measures can not be completely cut off seepage, it is usually also combined with the drainage after the dam decompression project.
