目的探讨血清脂联素(APN)与冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。方法 86例冠脉造影患者,分别按Genisi-ni积分、单支病变狭窄程度及冠脉病变支数分组,进行血清APN测定。结果①Genisini积分>19分组、10~19分组及<10分组血清APN水平均明显低于0分组(P<0.01),>19分组APN水平低于10~19分组(P<0.01),同时>19分组及10~19分组APN水平低于<10分组(P<0.05~0.01);②血管狭窄>90%、71%~90%及<71%组血清APN水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),并且>90%组、71%~90%组低于<71%组(P<0.01);③多支、双支及单支病变组血清APN水平均低于对照组(P<0.01),且多支病变组血清APN水平低于双支病变组(P<0.05),多支及双支病变组血清APN水平低于单支病变组(P<0.01)。结论血清APN水平与冠脉狭窄程度相关,有助于临床评价冠心病病变的严重程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum adiponectin (APN) and coronary artery lesion severity. Methods Eighty-six patients with coronary angiography were divided into two groups according to Genisi-ni score, the degree of stenosis of single vessel and the number of coronary lesions. APN was measured. Results ① The serum APN levels in Genisini score> 19, 10-19 and <10 groups were significantly lower than those in 0 group (P <0.01),> 19 group APN levels were lower than those in 10-19 group (P <0.01) (P <0.05 ~ 0.01); ② The level of APN in the group with 90%, 71% ~ 90% and <71% of the group with vascular stenosis was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01) ), And> 90%, 71% ~ 90% of the patients were lower than <71% (P <0.01); ③ APN levels in patients with multi-vessel, double vessel and single vessel lesion were lower than those in the control group , And the serum APN level in multi-vessel disease group was lower than that in double vessel disease group (P <0.05). The serum APN level in multi-vessel and double vessel disease group was lower than that of single vessel disease group (P <0.01). Conclusions Serum APN levels correlate with the degree of coronary artery stenosis, which is helpful for the clinical evaluation of the severity of coronary heart disease.
